People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team to help drive business insights and informed decision-making. This full-time hybrid position is responsible for identifying trends and developments in our data environments and presenting these findings and corrective recommendations to supervisors, senior management, and other interested parties.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Location: 3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Ste 600, Eagan, MN 55121 – Must have physical presence in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area

1 day in-office a week

Hiring Range: $67,000 - $74,000/ Salary, based on qualifications

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 to external candidates

Main Job Duties:

Query and analyze data involving SQL queries, csv/excel exports, or existing business intelligence (BI) reports.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
Collect, clean, validate, and maintain datasets from internal and external sources.
Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, or quality issues and recommend remediation.
Translate business questions into analytical approaches and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Quality, IT, etc.)
Meet attendance and scheduling requirements as an essential function of the role.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field (equivalent experience or bootcamp certification acceptable)
2 or more years experience demonstrating foundational knowledge in:
- SQL
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Basic statistical analysis and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python or R
Familiarity with concepts such as ETL, data warehouses, and APIs
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Dashboard or portfolio project examples (GitHub, Tableau Public, Kaggle)
Understanding of A/B testing and/or business KPIs
