Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Portland, OR or Dallas, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid—Onsite at least two days per week (preferably Tuesday and Thursday in Portland, or 2 days per week in Dallas)

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst with a strong background in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain/Distribution to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key partner providing data-driven insights and rapid analytical support to facilitate reporting and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends across multiple data sources.
• Develop and execute moderately complex SQL queries to support audit and finance requests.
• Provide rapid-response data support for high-priority inquiries, working closely with Finance & Distribution Leadership.
• Build and enhance Power BI models and dashboards to support reporting and insights.
• Operate effectively in a limited-structure, relationship-oriented environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
• Support audit requests independently, often working with Finance Leadership to gather necessary data.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven ability to work with data sources, identify patterns, and detect anomalies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, capable of writing moderately complex queries.
• Experience developing Power BI models and dashboards.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take initiative, especially within ambiguous environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support high-priority requests professionally.
• Previous experience in finance or supply chain/distribution industries preferred.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Experience in POS, Distribution, or B2B industries is desirable.
