You will analyse various data sets related to student performance, enrolment, and school operations to help guide strategic decision-making and enhance the educational experience for our students. Responsibilities

 

• Collect, interpret, and analyse data from various sources, including student information systems, academic assessments, and financial records.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to track key performance indicators for school leadership and faculty.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide clear and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand their data needs and support their objectives.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through routine quality checks and data cleansing procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations for school improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and independent worker who can also collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Experience within the education sector or a non-profit organisation would be considered an advantage.
• An appreciation for the mission and values of a Christian educational institution.
