Data Analyst (8a-5p) Behavioral Health Service Line, Johnson City, TN

Job Description:

Summary:
The Data Analyst shall be responsible to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. The Analyst will develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. This individual will acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Additionally, the Analyst shall identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. The Analyst will filter and “clean” data. The Analyst will locate and define new process improvement opportunities. This individual will be responsible for additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, health informatics, biostatistics, or related field required. Strong knowledge of and experience with SPSS, SAS, or similar analytical software is required.
