To support our expansion, we are hiring a Data Analyst Admission Counsellor to guide students and help them choose the right data analytics programs.

Job Role: Data Analyst Admission Counsellor

As a Data Analyst Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for students seeking Data Analytics programs. Your role is to support them throughout the admission process—from enquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries (calls, walk-ins, and digital leads) for Data Analyst courses.
• Understand student goals and recommend suitable Data Analytics programs.
• Counsel students on career opportunities in Data Analytics, Power BI, Python, SQL, and Business Intelligence.
• Provide detailed information on course modules, fees, batch timing, and placements.
• Maintain daily enquiry logs, follow-up reports, and admission records.
• Convert potential leads into admissions through effective communication.
• Assist with orientation sessions, academic briefings, and student onboarding.
• Work closely with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admissions workflow.
• Achieve monthly admission targets as per management expectations.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Degree/PG (Preference: BBA, MBA, BCom, BSc, BCA, or related fields).
• Good understanding or interest in Data Analytics field (Power BI, Python, SQL—basic awareness is enough).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Ability to guide students professionally and confidently.
• Strong follow-up skills and customer service-focus.
