Data Analyst and BI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. You will transform raw data into actionable insights and work closely with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and manipulation.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to business strategy development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role (varies by level).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
