Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical Business Analyst Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SME teams to understand and document existing trading system workflows and processes.
• Analyze and document requirements for alternative trading processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work with technology teams to implement alternative trading processes and ensure system changes meet business needs.
• Develop and document test procedures and artifacts to support system changes and enhancements.
• Assist in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users to validate system changes.
• Evaluate the business implications of technology solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the current business environment.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize trading workflows and support business objectives.
• Should have Investment Banking domain experience
• Create conceptual data models toidentifykey business entities and visualize their relationships, defining concepts and rules.
• Design, develop, test, and publish canonical data models in detail.
• Proficiencyin data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data normalization techniques, and data security, encryption, and compliance requirements in the cloud.
• Proficiencyin SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and understanding of their data modeling techniques.
• Present and communicate modeling results and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Development teams, explaining features that mayaRectthe physical data models.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models.
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation for data models, data dictionaries, and design specifications
