Role: Data Analyst

Location: Chicago IL

Duration: Contract

Must Have Skillset

Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Product Roadmap Creation, Feature Prioritization, Agile/Scrum-Based development, and strong problem-solving skills

3+ years of experience with Big Data technologies like PySpark, DataBricks, Palantir Foundry, Kafka, Redshift

3+ years of experience with relational database systems and SQL programming skills

Nice-to-Have Skillset

Experience with Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Spotfire

This person will be working on multiple large capital projects and responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify patterns and gaps to help the business make informed decisions and solve problems.This individual will be required to work with different business units/stakeholders to understand needs, qualify data, create plans, and proof of concepts to help improve and enhance current business processes. Candidate will also be performing analysis and data modeling on existing data to identify trends and gaps to create KPIs to measure and enhance business performance. This person will use various tools and techniques to transform raw data into actionable information and present findings through reports and visualizations. This person must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to solution and provide recommendations for improvement. Candidate must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
