Data Analyst - Collections

Qualifications: Minimum 8 years experience in credit card collections or operations analytics Deep knowledge of credit card collections lifecycle and performance metrics Advanced SQL skills for large and complex datasets Strong business acumen, preferably in BFSI or fintech sectors Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement credit card collection strategies based on data insights Drive analytics to improve recovery team performance and reduce delinquencies Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities Design and optimize Champion-Challenger tests to enhance collections Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights and influence decision-making Lead multiple analytics projects with minimal supervision Mentor junior analysts in analytics and risk management concepts
