Data Analyst (Contract)

This is a contract role. The duration of this project would be about 2-4 weeks. Possibilty of extension.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that improve business performance. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in data analysis tools, communicates findings clearly, and can work independently within a contract-based engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Clean up data from one system and transfer over to another system
• Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation of processes and methodologies
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R)
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
