Data Analyst (Core Team – Remote, Flexible & Part-Time)

Your role is to execute, analyze, and deliver high-quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze datasets and extract actionable insights
• Build interactive dashboards in Excel and Power BI for reporting and decision-making
• Work with Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards
• Clean, organize, and structure data for reporting
• Support business decision-making through data
• Occasionally assist in automation or reporting workflows

Must-Have Skills (Important – Read Carefully)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, logical functions)
• Experience building interactive dashboards in Excel and/or Power BI
• Ability to work with raw, messy datasets and structure them properly
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision
• Good problem-solving mindset (not just following instructions)
