Data Analyst / Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist with 3-5 years of expereince to support our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making through GRA analytics, data modelling, and report automation. This role combines hands-on data analysis with dashboard development and will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate complex regulatory and operational data into actionable insights.

Requirements

· 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.

· Proven knowledge or experience working with pharmaceutical / life sciences functions.

· Experience with regulatory data systems or related.

· Strong technical proficiency in:

o SQL for data extraction and manipulation

o Power BI and DAX for dashboard and report development

o Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus

o Basic coding skills (e.g., Python, R, or similar) for automation and data modelling

· Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

· Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
