Data Analyst / Data Scientist (m/f/diverse)

The Office Agent is responsible for:

• Documentary Acceptances
• Shipment Data Capture
• Prioritization of Export Build-up and Import Breakdown

• Preparation of Export and Import documentation (Manifest, AWBs)
• Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
• Preparation NOTOC
• Close out flight
• Handling of irregularities (MSCA, MSAW, FDCA, damages)
• Customer contact (Notify customer)
• Hand over AWB and Docs to customer
• Debit charges

Local / Regional Specifics

• Perform Dangerous Goods (DG) acceptance checks in accordance with current IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), Lufthansa Cargo policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Apply carrier-specific DG requirements and restrictions for other airlines operating within the facility
• Coordinate with Sales teams regarding priority, time-critical and special-handling shipments to ensure timely processing and compliance

• Participate in other duties as assigned

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or air cargo industry desirable
• Fluency in English language required
