Data Analyst (ERP & BI Reporting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with ERP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform complex ERP data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from ERP systems to generate actionable business insights
• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports and interactive dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support management with timely and accurate data analysis

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis with ERP exposure
• Hands-on experience with any ERP system (Odoo, CMIC, or similar preferred)
• Strong experience in Power BI (including DAX) and/or Tableau
• Solid understanding of data analysis, visualization, and dashboard creation
• Good knowledge of SQL and databases (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
