Data Analyst – ERP (SAP)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst – ERP (SAP) to support data-driven decision-making across business functions. The role focuses on extracting, analyzing, validating, and visualizing data from SAP ERP systems to deliver actionable insights, improve process efficiency, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP ERP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.).

· Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP tools and BI platforms.

· Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations) to understand reporting needs.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across ERP data sources.

· Perform root-cause analysis and trend analysis to support management decisions.

· Support month-end and year-end reporting activities.

· Document data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic.

· Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows.

· Assist in SAP enhancements, testing, and data validation during upgrades or integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field.

· 3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst with strong exposure to SAP ERP.

· Hands-on experience with SAP modules (FI/CO mandatory; MM/SD preferred).

· Strong knowledge of SAP tables, data structures, and relationships.

· Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.

· Experience with SAP reporting tools (SAP Query, ABAP reports, SAP BW/4HANA, SAC preferred).

· Strong Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).

· Understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment.

· Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

· Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling.

· Basic understanding of ABAP or debugging reports.

· Experience in audit support and compliance reporting.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
