Technical Skills
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in HR data, payroll data, or HRIS implementation roles</li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data loading (HDL, HSDL, or HCM Data Loader)</li><li>Solid knowledge of HR data structures: employee records, org hierarchy, jobs, grades, compensation, and payroll elements</li><li>Experience migrating data from HRIS/payroll systems (Smart HR, SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar)</li><li>UAE Labour Law knowledge: EOSG, leave entitlements, WPS, visa/residency data, MOHRE requirements</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced: Power Query, pivot tables, data validation, large dataset handling)</li><li>SQL querying skills for HR data extraction and validation</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with absolute discretion</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field</li></ul></div>
