Data Analyst (Hybrid)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Specialist with expertise in document management, data analysis. This role involves using advanced spreadsheet skills to analyze report key metrics and prepare detailed reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work in a hybrid model and should have at least 2 desktop screens available at their home (remote and in-office). Our office is located in Mohali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance trends.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and insights.
• Support business decision-making with accurate, data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting and data processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Excel, spreadsheet management, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup.

Work Setup Requirements

• Must have a reliable internet connection and at least 2 desktop screens for efficient remote work.
