Junior Account Manager

Commercial • Maintain commercial records on Sales force and other business platforms • Identify & acquire “Sales Opportunities” with prospect client • Update clients with possible changes in pricing according to business needs and operational requirements • Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets. • Create and execute quarterly engagement plan (existing customers) • Create and execute quarterly sales plan (new customers). • Obtain forecasts and proactively plan with customers and concerned internal parties. • Update and complete required reports. • Review contracts of prospects customers Responsibilities: Customer Service • Provide Customer with good and healthy experience • Create opportunities in Sales force • Send quotations to customers • Act as liaison between clients from one side and operations team from another side • Follow up on client’s adherence to terms of payment collections • Maintain and record all customer data and history of interactions on CRM (Salesforce). Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in any sales role/ Logistics roles • Prior experience in B2B sales and account management (shipping and logistics is a plus)
