Job Description – Business Analyst Intern (with AI & Data Exposure)

Position: Business Analyst Intern (with AI & Data Analytics)
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (Onsite)
Duration: 3–6 Months (possible full-time offer)

About the Role

As a BA Intern, you will support requirement analysis, documentation, and prototyping for ERP & SaaS products. Alongside, you will gain exposure to AI and Data Analytics, learning how to connect business requirements with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior BAs in requirement gathering, flowcharts, wireframes, ERDs.
• Work with AI tools for rapid UI prototyping.
• Support basic data analysis tasks (SQL queries, Excel, PowerBI/Tableau).
• Collaborate with the Python/AI team to prepare dashboards, KPI tracking, and insights.
• Document business rules + AI/data insights for development handover.
• Participate in testing workflows and preparing UAT checklists.

Skills Required

• Analytical mindset with interest in Business Systems + AI + Data Analytics.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Flowchart tools, SQL basics.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of Python (pandas), PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Good documentation, research, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn ERP, SaaS, and AI-driven business systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
