Data Analyst Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Intern to support our analytics and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, solid skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the data and business teams to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Perform data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts).
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support the team in identifying trends, patterns, and insights from datasets.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Document data processes and maintain data quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc data support and analysis as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, functions, charts).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOINs, filtering, grouping).
• Familiarity with Power BI (data modeling, DAX basics, dashboard creation).
• Good understanding of data cleaning and data validation techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹262.00 per year
