Data Analyst & Inventory Specialist

This position is very email and numbers intensive. We are seeking a team member with the following skills and capabilities:

• Accurately recording and tracking multiple threads of data, including product inventory, email chains, timestamps, bills of lading, and receipts
• Physically counting the available product in our inventory and managing any discrepancies (must be able to lift 50 pounds)
• Communicating effectively and thoroughly - though many tasks are independent, we operate as a team and must be able to relay pertinent information (updates to schedules, differences in numbers, etc.) to both our local team members and those at headquarters
• Promptly responding to emails, phone calls, and texts regarding extensive operations within the company
• Inputting various data into necessary systems using company-provided software, including Business Central, Excel, and other Microsoft programs
• Translating purchase orders in emails into sales orders
• Compiling and arranging a weekly list of deliveries for our trucks to transport product to a variety of purchasers and locations
• Ensuring that packing slips include all product for any given delivery (and that the picking instructions used by warehouse workers contain the same information)
• Invoicing all product that has been delivered without delay
• Responding to/covering warranty claims, vendor chargebacks, returns & exchanges of product
• Keeping in touch with a warehouse crew at a separate location from the office you will be at regularly
• Securing all transactions and correspondences with both paper trails and digital copies
• Forecasting the usage of all products given current consumption rates
• Preparing for contingencies, such as hot orders, vehicle reparations, and even inclement weather
• Upkeeping any continuous reports, such as weekly sales and returns, that are requested by fellow employees and supervisors
• Doing your part to keep the workplace clean, safe, and functional
• Running the occasional errand, like purchasing tools or office supplies

Base Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
