Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Analyst to assist with data analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives across ongoing projects. This is an ideal role for recent graduates or early-career professionals with experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualization who are eager to grow their career in data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL queries for reporting and data analysis
• Use Excel for data cleaning, validation, and analysis (pivot tables, formulas)
• Assist in building and updating dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or related field)
• Foundational knowledge of SQL
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Understanding of basic data concepts (KPIs, reporting, data quality)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Must be eligible to pass a security clearance/background check
