Data Analyst (MTO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and organizing costing and operational data
• Support preparation of basic costing reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Help in data entry, cleaning, and validation from ERP and Excel sheets
• Assist in inventory costing and consumption analysis
• Support budget vs. actual variance analysis
• Work with senior team members on menu costing / project costing
• Prepare reports using Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables)
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for data collection
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping
• Learn and follow company costing procedures and controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good understanding of basic accounting and costing concepts
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and grow in data analysis & costing field
• Good communication and teamwork skills
