About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong Oracle NetSuite administration experience to join our international team and support data-driven decision-making across global operations. This role combines advanced data analysis with hands-on ERP system ownership, focusing on system setup, reporting, optimization, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver accurate insights, enhance reporting frameworks, and improve how data is captured, governed, and utilized across the business.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Analyze and interpret data from global business operations
✔ Administer Oracle NetSuite, including system configuration, data extraction, validation, and reporting
✔ Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership and regional teams
✔ Support financial and operational analysis across multiple countries
✔ Ensure consistency across currencies, time zones, and KPI definitions
✔ Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Management teams
✔ Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions
✔ Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
✔ Maintain documentation, data quality, and data governance standards

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (mandatory)
• Strong SQL skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial data structures
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration
• Working knowledge of Python or R

Business & Soft Skills

• Experience working in an international or multinational environment
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across time zones
• Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
