Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support the Procurement and Supply Chain Operations organization. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual who is inquisitive, precise, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
This role will serve as the technical backbone of the team—owning data systems, dashboards, and process automation that enable smarter, faster decision-making across the enterprise. This is not a “heads-down” data entry role; it’s a hands-on opportunity to lead the analytics that shape how the team buys, pays, and performs.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative environment but can independently drive results with minimal supervision, challenge inefficiencies, propose better solutions, and back up recommendations with data.
Responsibilities:
- Tableau Ownership: Partner with IT and functional leaders to develop, maintain, and continuously improve Tableau dashboards that drive procurement insights and executive visibility.
-
Coupa System Support: Collaborate with IT and cross-functional users to resolve backend Coupa issues, enhance reporting, and identify process improvements within our Procure-to-Pay ecosystem.
-
Vendor Master & Supplier Enablement: Provide backend support for supplier onboarding, banking/wire verification, and supplier issue resolution to ensure smooth integration into our systems.
-
Process Improvement: Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend automation or analytical solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across procurement operations.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, IT, and Sourcing teams to align data governance and ensure consistency across systems.
-
Ownership of procurement-related technology as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
-
2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics roles supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.

-
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard creation, calculated fields, and data blending).
-
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business users.
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset—someone who anticipates needs, not just responds to requests.
Preferred:
-
Experience with Coupa, Smartsheet, or other Procure-to-Pay and workflow tools.
-
Familiarity with APIs, data connectors, and system integration techniques.
-
Knowledge of data governance and master data management principles.
