About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, and highly analytical Real Estate Data Analyst to join our team. This is a role at the intersection of property, finance, and investment. You will be responsible for transforming market data into actionable points and develop feasibility studies that directly shapes the company's investment decisions and advisory services.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset. This person is passionate about the real estate market, fluent in financial modelling and machine learning to uncover hidden market opportunities. You will be our in-house expert, responsible for everything from micro-level property analysis to macro-level market trend forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to assess the viability of real estate investments and development projects.
• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies for potential projects, analyzing costs, revenue potential, market positioning, and associated risks.
• Prepare detailed Investment analysis and presentations for senior management and potential investors, clearly outlining the investment opportunities and financial projections.
• Gather, clean, and analyze big datasets related to property transactions, pricing trends, rental yields, demographic shifts, and economic indicators in Dubai.
• Explore and implement innovative solutions to automate data gathering and enhance the accuracy of market analysis.
• Translate complex analysis into clear and concise points for a non-technical audience.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations directly to the management team.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role within investment, banking, private equity, management consulting, or a real estate investment firm.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Data Science, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of the real estate market, investment principles, and key metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Ability to translate complex information into a simple, compelling story.
