We are looking for a highly skilled, data-driven Data Analyst to support our eCommerce and digital shelf strategy across key markets. This role blends deep analytical work with hands-on insights development and contribution to emerging inhouse shelf analytics platform.
The ideal candidate can manage large datasets, translate complexity into actionable insights, and build visually strong presentations using Canva and PowerPoint. You will help us deliver best-in-class digital execution across global retailers.
What You Will Do
Digital Shelf & Retail Analytics
- Analyze 200+ parameters across content, availability, search performance, ratings/reviews, pricing, and competitor activity (SCANR).
- Evaluate retailer capabilities (online/offline) across Middle East, Europe, and global platforms.
- Conduct category deep dives, keyword analysis, sentiment analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Identify digital shelf gaps and recommend strategic improvements.
Reporting & Insight Visualisation
- Build clear, compelling reports using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Present insights regularly to internal teams and brand partners.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
In-House Tool Contribution
- Support emerging product involvement: feature testing, data validation, QA, and feedback loops.
- Help shape new KPIs, logic models, and modules within the tool.
- Review platform output for accuracy and user experience improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with brand teams, and retailers to ensure insights align with business goals.
- Support innovation ideas and new digital opportunities for brand growth on retailer platforms.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor core KPIs such as search ranking, availability, conversion, content health, and competitor benchmarks.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, or data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (data cleaning, analysis, modelling)
- Experience with eCommerce analytics tools (PowerBI, GA, retailer dashboards) will be an advantage
- Comfortable analyzing large datasets and converting them into insights
- Strong understanding of SCANR, CARS, SEO/keyword metrics, content optimisation
- Familiarity with Amazon, Noon, Tesco, or global retailer ecosystems
- Skilled in Canva for report design and storytelling
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
- Prior experience using digital shelf tools (Profitero, Pi-Wheel, Data Impact) is a plus
- Interest in contributing to internal tools like Shelf Intel (QA, feature validation, insights)
