Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data and Research Analyst to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business strategy, market research, and decision-making. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights that help improve products, services, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business goals
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Assist teams with data-backed recommendations
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and documentation
• Support ongoing research projects and strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Understanding of market research methodologies
• Experience in IT, software, or digital products domain
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
