Data Analyst ( Sales support )

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to support our sales team by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales managers and leadership to track KPIs, prepare reports, and help drive data-based decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, targets, and customer acquisition.
• Identify sales trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Support sales forecasting and demand planning.
• Track team performance and provide insights to improve productivity.
• Maintain accurate sales databases and CRM records.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams for strategic planning.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• English is mandatory. Arabic is huge plus.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
