Job Description:

This role will focus on improving usability, user journeys, and experience consistency across enterprise-grade internal applications.

Key Skills & Experience:

• UI/UX design for enterprise-level applications (internal tools, dashboards, workflow-driven apps)
• Strong focus on user research, usability studies, and data-driven design decisions
• Experience designing for complex forms, data-heavy screens, and multi-step workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys and wireframes
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma and other equivalent
• Experience collaborating with developers and product owners throughout the design lifecycle
