Skills required are -
Strong proficiency in Amazon QuickSight (Preferred)— ability to design, optimize, and manage dashboards independently. Strong expertise in SQL — including writing complex queries, optimizing query performance, and understanding relational data structures. Solid experience (2-3 years) in data analysis, specifically product analytics, user behavior analysis, and business performance tracking. Ability to work independently with clients, gather minimal inputs, understand business needs, and proactively recommend analytics dashboards and reporting structures. Strong analytical thinking to translate business questions into measurable metrics and impactful dashboards. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of nonprofit Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) metrics or a strong willingness to learn and integrate them into product analytics.
Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with additional data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). Knowledge of Python/R, Google Sheets, or Excel for data processing and automation. Experience with mobile analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, cohort analysis. Understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to data storytelling. Previous experience in the nonprofit sector (social impact, health, education).
Note : Focus area
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling is mandatory. Experience with Amazon QuickSight is preferred or however, the candidate should be strong in either Power BI or Tableau. The role involves client handling, close collaboration with stakeholders, proactively defining KPIs, designing meaningful dashboards, and driving data-driven decision-making.
