POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst/Engineer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing company data systems and operational platforms. This role oversees data accuracy, develops reporting tools, and builds policies and workflows that support logistics, duty‑free distribution, and client service operations. The position ensures our platforms remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business requirements across warehouse, logistics, sales, and support functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Collect, validate, and analyze operational and logistics data to support business decisions.

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor warehouse, distribution, and duty‑free goods performance.

Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Create automated reporting solutions for internal departments.

Monitor system performance, data flows, and platform availability to ensure operational continuity.

Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams or external vendors.

Maintain and optimize data integration pipelines between systems (logistics, inventory, sales, and client support platforms).

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems.

Develop, document, and implement platform policies, SOPs, and data management standards.

Establish system controls, access policies, and audit practices.

Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and HR teams to ensure policies align with operational needs.

Provide technical and analytical support to operations, warehouse management, customer service, and distribution teams.

Assist leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making and strategic planning.

Support new system releases, platform upgrades, and user‑training initiatives.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.

Experience with data analytics, system monitoring, or platform engineering roles (preferably in logistics, distribution, or imports industries).

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar analytical tools.

Understanding data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to document policies clearly and professionally.
