We are looking for a goal-oriented and technically brilliant Data Analyst to join our GTM Operations team. You will be the key link between our complex data systems and our Go-To-Market strategy, providing the insights that help our Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams make smarter, faster decisions. If you have a passion for data visualization, a knack for modeling, and the business sense to know what matters, this is your role.
 
 What You'll Do
 
- 
   Be the Insight Engine: Proactively analyze our diverse data to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities that others might miss. Tell the story behind the numbers to influence our GTM strategy.
  
- 
   Build the Foundation: Design, build, and maintain clean, reliable, and performant dashboards and reports in Looker that become the single source of truth for the entire company.
  
- 
   Power Our Growth: Help build and refine sophisticated marketing attribution and sales forecasting models to directly measure and improve the effectiveness of our revenue teams.
  
- 
   Champion Data Integrity: Establish standardized definitions for key metrics (like "active users" and "enterprise acquisition") to ensure clarity and consistency across all teams.
  
- 
   Drive Efficiency: Identify and fix slow queries and data pipeline bottlenecks, working to streamline how we access and use our data.
  
- 
   Support Key Initiatives: Collaborate on building financial models for critical, high-impact projects like pricing strategy.
   
 
 
 What We're Looking For
 
- 
   A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  
- 
   3+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
  
- 
   You are a SQL expert: You can write complex, optimized queries in your sleep.
  
- 
   You are a visualization pro: You have advanced experience with Looker (or similar BI tools like Tableau, Power BI) and know how to make data intuitive and actionable.
  
- 
   You have foundational data warehousing knowledge: Hands-on experience with Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake, and familiarity with ETL tools like Fivetran.
  
- 
   You're a business-minded technologist: You don't just report the data; you understand what it means for the business and can make strategic recommendations.
  
- 
   You're a brilliant communicator: You can effectively partner with and present to stakeholders from technical teams to company executives.

   Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

   A background in Marketing, Product, or Sales operations.

   Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
