Summary:

Utilizing proficiencies in SQL, Python, Excel and other data analysis tools, the primary function of the Data Analytics Analyst is a part time role and will analyze client data from multiple systems to support FHG’s Client Success team and Product Owner in making data-driven business decisions. In this role, you will achieve those goals by using proficiencies in the collection and interpretation of data to uncover insights and trends. Additionally, you will act as a translator, converting raw and staged client data into understandable reports and visuals for stakeholders, helping to solve problems, understanding customer behavior and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Data Analytics Analyst will perform unit tests to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables and will resolve identified and reported issues.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze data from multiple systems to support FHG’s Client Success team and Product Owner in making data-driven business decisions.
• Present the findings in an understandable way using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Use data findings to answer business questions and guide future configuration of FHG’s software platforms (PopulationCompass, PopulationManager, and ClinicianPulse).
• Identify current and future trends of customer behavior.
• Discover insights through investigative analysis.
• Perform initial quality control tests to ensure accuracy, completeness, or proper usage of clinical systems and data.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Client Success, Clinical and Data teams to fulfill data requests.
• Ensure all outputs meet defined formatting and requirements outlined by the Client Success team and/or Product Owner.
• Participate in internal and client-facing meetings as needed to support data analysis efforts.
• Maintain clear documentation of queries, assumptions, and methodologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Know How's:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation and visualization.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, data management, database development, or ETL Programming preferred.
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports and presentations preferred.
• Technical experience in data management software and programming languages such as SQL, Python and other analytics tools is required.
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
• Hybrid opportunity with minimum 3 days per week onsite.
