Job Title: Data Analytics Engineer

Location: Indore, MP (On-site)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary Range: ₹3L – ₹4.5L PA (Dependent on skill set)

Role Objective

We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between raw data engineering and business insights. You will be responsible for transforming messy data into clean, actionable datasets, ensuring our analysts and stakeholders have "one version of the truth."

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling: Design and maintain scalable data models (Star Schema/Snowflake) using dbt (data build tool).
• Pipeline Management: Build and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines from various sources (APIs, SQL databases, Cloud storage) into our Data Warehouse.
• Data Quality: Implement automated testing and documentation to ensure high data integrity and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Data Scientists and Business Analysts to translate complex business requirements into technical data structures.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize SQL queries and warehouse performance to reduce latency and costs.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• SQL: Expert level (CTEs, Window Functions, Query Optimization).
• Programming: Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
• Warehouse: Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Transformation: Hands-on experience with dbt is highly preferred.
• BI Tools: Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
