Data & Analytics Engineer

Location: Flexible / Remote
First Primary Care (FPC) and WOOP Care are building a new model of healthcare centered on strong primary care, proactive population health, and employer-aligned incentives.
We are looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer to help build the analytics foundation that powers our clinical teams and employer health plans. This role will focus on integrating data from multiple sources and turning it into actionable insights that help physicians deliver proactive care and help employers understand the impact of the WOOP Care model.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain data pipelines that integrate data from systems such as EHRs, messaging platforms, pharmacy data, labs, and claims feeds.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that help physicians track engagement, utilization, risk, and care gaps across their patient populations.
• Build employer-facing analytics that demonstrate engagement, utilization trends, and cost impact.
• Work closely with clinical leadership to define and track key population health metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
• Use modern AI tools and APIs to accelerate analytics workflows, surface patterns in clinical data, and automate insights for care teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with SQL and modern data warehouse tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar).
• Experience building analytics pipelines and dashboards (dbt, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, Hex, or similar).
• Comfort integrating data from APIs and multiple systems.
• Experience using modern AI tools (LLM APIs, copilots, or automation frameworks) to enhance analytics and insight generation.
• Ability to translate messy real-world data into clear, actionable insights.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with healthcare data (EHR, claims, pharmacy, or lab data).
• Familiarity with population health metrics and risk stratification.

This role will help build the analytics platform that allows our physicians to deliver more proactive, coordinated care — and allows employers to see the real impact of a better healthcare model.
