Data & Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager with strong expertise in data to lead a team, drive end to end delivery, and take full ownership of technical and analytical projects. If you have a solid background in data engineering, analytics, and SQL, this role gives you the opportunity to create real business impact while guiding your team toward success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing team of data engineers and analysts.
• Own end to end delivery of data and analytics projects with full accountability for outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Ensure best practices in data architecture, modeling, reporting, and governance.
• Solve complex data challenges and drive continuous improvement across analytics processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in data engineering, analytics, and reporting.
• Expert level SQL skills with a solid understanding of data modeling and core data concepts.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex data projects.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership from planning to final delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Boomi or other integration platforms.
• Experience with cloud based data solutions.
