About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional to join as a Mentor/Trainer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industry experience and a passion for guiding learners through practical concepts and real-time project scenarios. Prior training experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on Data Analytics tools, technologies, and concepts.
• Mentor learners in understanding real-world case studies, projects, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver curriculum content, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide guidance on career pathways, industry applications, and interview preparation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
• Strong knowledge of data cleaning, visualization, reporting, and business problem-solving.
• Exposure to real-time analytics projects and industry use cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior training/mentorship experience is an added advantage.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Knowledge of Machine Learning basics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Certification(s) in Data Analytics or related fields.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time role, with focus on weekend sessions.
• Flexible working hours during weekdays (if available).
