Data & Analytics Resume Writer

About the Role

We are hiring a fresher for the role of Technical Resume Writer to support US-based candidates applying for data-centric technical jobs. The role involves creating, editing, and optimizing resumes using Microsoft Word while following US hiring and ATS standards. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and format ATS-optimized technical resumes in Microsoft Word
• Customize resumes for US roles such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, BI Engineer, etc.
• Convert technical experience and projects into strong, results-focused bullet points
• Align resumes with US job descriptions and keyword requirements
• Maintain professional formatting, grammar, and consistency
• Revise resumes based on feedback and quality standards

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word (mandatory)
• Formatting, styles, alignment, tables, headers, and templates
• Good written English communication
• Basic understanding of IT or data-related roles
• Willingness to learn US resume standards and ATS concepts
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate or final-year student
• Freshers are encouraged to apply

Good to Have

• Awareness of data tools such as Python, SQL, Spark, AWS, Azure, Power BI, Tableau
• Previous experience in resume writing or content writing
• Basic knowledge of ATS keyword optimization

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
