Data Anaylst

Apollo MedFlight is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency by monitoring data trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for leadership teams
• Collaborate with Operations Management and department leaders to support company initiatives and performance goals
• Monitor operational performance metrics and provide real-time insight when needed
• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and revenue performance
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies
• Support additional reporting and analytical projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and database tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience within emergency medical response, transport, or aviation environments preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Reliable attendance and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Experience with:
  • Python
  • SQL Server
  • Geocoding
  • Power BI

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based and involves prolonged computer and desk work. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and may occasionally be required to travel or work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
