Data and Application Integration Engineer

As a Quality Technician, you will perform quality inspections on components and assemblies produced in East Peoria Undercarriage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
• Analyze and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas, and measuring instruments.
• Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to specifications.
• Record inspection or test data and quantities inspected or graded.
• Mark items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status.
• Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Analyze test data and make computations necessary to determine test results.
• Inspection of undercarriage parts in assembly operations and inspect components.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Highschool diploma or GED with 2-5 years’ experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Inspection experience.
• Use of simpler tools like calipers/ micrometers.
• Microsoft office experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Blueprint reading.

• Ability to openly communicate quality issues and nonconformances to others.
