ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

Brief description

The Data and Communications Analyst is a cross functional role that combines data analytics, reporting, communications, and process automation to support retirement plan operations and participant engagement.

This role is responsible for managing participant communications, developing targeted data outputs, supporting reporting needs, and improving operational efficiency through automation and system enhancements. The Analyst plays a key role in ensuring accurate data delivery, effective communication strategies, and streamlined internal processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting and Communications

· Manage and execute participant communication initiatives including email campaigns, social media content, web notices, and email notifications

· Support the development and distribution of quarterly and annual participant statements

· Ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards

Graphic Design

· Design visual materials for participant education, marketing campaigns, and internal communications

· Maintain and update website content and configurations to support communication efforts

Data Analytics and List Generation

· Generate targeted participant and plan level lists from recordkeeping systems to support key initiatives

· Support auto enrollment and auto increase tracking and reporting

· Provide data for advisory initiatives and participant outreach efforts

Process Automation

· Build and maintain automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes

· Identify opportunities to streamline recurring tasks and enhance system capabilities

Data Management

· Maintain and update internal plan specifications database

· Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across teams and systems

Business Intelligence and Ad Hoc Reporting

· Create and modify reports using Crystal Reports and other available tools to support operations and client servicing

· Design and maintain reporting logic including filters, queries, and automation rules

· Support data segmentation and reporting workflows to ensure accurate and actionable insights

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong proficiency in Excel and data handling

· Ability to manage and analyze structured data

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred

· Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Experience in data analytics, communications, marketing, or financial services

· Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar platforms

· Experience with process automation or workflow tools

· Basic graphic design or content creation experience

· Exposure to retirement plans or recordkeeping systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
