Data and Donor Relations Coordinator

Description:

The Children's Home of Pittsburgh is seeking Full-Time Data and Donor Relations Coordinator to join the Marketing & Development Department.

The Data and Donor Relation Coordinator on carries out responsibilities of donor database management within the Development department at The Children’s Home.

This position is an integral and central part of the office, working with all positions within the department, and reports to the Director of Development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics or Management Information Systems (MIS), Nonprofit Management/Public Administration, or other related field.

2. Three to five years of experience working with database management required, preferrable DonorPerfect

3. Experience working or volunteering for a nonprofit organization required

4. Understanding and knowledge of principles and strategies of nonprofit development

5. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

6. Able to work independently and act diplomatically

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a variety of individuals required

8. Strong time management practices required

9. Able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
