Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: First point of contact. Professionally answering inbound calls with energy and a positive attitude. Resolving inquiries swiftly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all stakeholders.

Data Management: Accurately entering and maintaining sensitive, confidential information across multiple databases. Performing internal audits and organizing all transactions for proper recordkeeping to support smooth operations.

Correspondence: Generating and mailing acknowledgment letters and tax receipts to donors, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Maintaining effective communication between the Archdiocese and its community.

Administrative Support: Ensuring all documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner, supporting the efficient functioning of the team and maintaining high standards of service.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese to rescue all people in Jesus Christ for the glory of the Father.

Post-secondary education required; an associate’s degree or higher in relevant field preferred.

2-5 years of experience in customer service, data entry, accounts receivable and general ledger preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM databases (e.g., Raiser's Edge), with experience in data entry, payment processing, and ensuring data integrity.

Strong customer engagement skills, providing accurate guidance on giving options and addressing inquiries through phone and written communication with professionalism.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands, especially during peak periods.

Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills, committed to supporting team goals, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the organization’s mission and values.
