About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate – Tagging&Annotation to join our growing data operations team. This role focuses on accurate labellingand annotation of insurance-related documents and datasets,playing a critical part intraining high-performing AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the insurance domain—terms,workflows, and document types—alongside proven annotationexperience with complex data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tagging and annotation of insurance-related documents such as policies, claims, underwriting forms, and other records.
• Learn and apply insurance-related terms, document structures, and workflows while working on data.
• Follow clear annotation guidelines and ensure accuracy in labeling tasks.
• Collaborate with senior team members, data scientists, and engineers to support annotation projects.
• Participate in quality checks and reviews to ensure consistency in outputs.
• Gain hands-on experience with annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, or other internal platforms).
• Maintain productivity and meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of the insurance domain (policies, claims, underwriting, etc.) will be a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow processes and guidelines accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
