Role Summary

You will spearhead end-to-end data annotation operations, orchestrating project setup, workforce management, client communications, quality assurance, and timely delivery. This role sits at the core of our execution engine, ensuring each dataset meets enterprise-grade accuracy benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annotation workflows across object detection, segmentation, keypoints, 3D bounding boxes, and LiDAR data.
• Scope, configure, and operationalize new annotation projects with clear milestones.
• Manage annotator teams: task assignment, throughput monitoring, productivity optimization.
• Maintain proactive client communication: updates, blockers, progress metrics, and delivery forecasts.
• Oversee time-tracking and task-tracking systems for operational efficiency.
• Ensure quality compliance through multi-level review cycles and corrective action plans.
• Drive performance incentives and maintain operational discipline.
• Support continuous process refinement to enhance scale, precision, and turnaround time.

Must-have Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in data annotation or computer vision operations, including 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Proven hands-on experience in OD (object detection), segmentation, keypoints, 3D boxes, and LiDAR annotation.
• Strong command of English communication (read, write, verbal).
• Working knowledge of Python for basic scripts, QC checks, or automation tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-velocity annotation pipelines and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Exposure to annotation tools such as CVAT, Labelbox, Supervisely, V7, or internal enterprise tools.
• Understanding of quality metrics (IoU, AP, precision/recall).
• Experience mentoring annotators or training new hires.
• Familiarity with agile task management systems (Trello, Jira, Asana).
