Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotation Specialist to support the operations by labelling and categorizing content. This role is essential in training AI models and improving content moderation, ensuring platform quality and user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, label, and categorize social media content (text, images, videos) based on defined guidelines
• Identify and flag inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in annotation tasks
• Follow annotation standards and meet daily productivity targets
• Provide feedback to improve guidelines and processes

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to follow strict guidelines and maintain consistency
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with annotation tools
• Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Linguistics, Communication, or related disciplines).
• Proficient in English
• Prior experience in QA position in data labelling, content moderation, or annotation projects is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and Ability to follow complex guidelines
• Quick to adapt to guideline changes

• May require shift work, including weekends or public holidays
