Key Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For:

Data Architecture & Platform Design:
Experience designing enterprise-scale data ecosystems including data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of Medallion architecture patterns and modern data product design.

Data Modeling & Governance:
Ability to develop conceptual and logical data models, ontologies, and lineage documentation. Understanding of data governance principles and metadata management.

Integration & Ingestion:
Experience defining data integration standards and overseeing ingestion from diverse systems (RDBMS, ERP, CAD). Familiarity with tools like StreamSets and Palantir Foundry is a plus.

Cloud & Engineering Leadership:
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Able to guide data engineering teams on best practices in modeling, quality, and performance optimization.

Communication & Collaboration:
Ability to translate complex architecture concepts for business, governance, and technical stakeholders.

Federal Experience & Clearance:
Experience in federal or regulated environments preferred. U.S. Citizenship required; the ability to obtain clearance is a plus.
