Data Associate (Portuguese – Level 2 or 3 Proficiency)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Associate with 1–2 years of experience and Portuguese language proficiency (Level 2 or 3) to join our team. In this role, you will work with multilingual datasets, support data validation processes, and help ensure data integrity for various business and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, cleansing, and validation with high attention to detail
• Work with Portuguese language content to support labelling, categorization, and classification tasks
• Ensure quality and consistency across large volumes of data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, engineers, and project managers
• Review and interpret data in both English and Portuguese
• Support project timelines and delivery schedules with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a data-related role (Data Entry, Data Associate, Data Quality, etc.)
• Proficiency in Portuguese (Level 2 or 3) – able to read, understand, and process content accurately.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data annotation or content moderation tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Portuguese Level 2 or 3 Certification.
