About the Job:

We are seeking a Data Automation Specialist to design, implement, and manage automated data pipelines and workflows. You'll work closely with managers, analysts, and stakeholders across departments to eliminate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy, and ensure data is accessible when and where it's needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and workflows using tools like Python, SQL, and data integration platforms (e.g., Airflow, Alteryx, or Apache NiFi).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop scripts and tools to collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (APIs, databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document processes and maintain clear records of automation tasks and workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and streamline data processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
